Position Overview
The Digital Product Analyst will leverage data to optimize digital experiences and drive product strategy. This role combines data science fundamentals, SQL expertise, and hands-on experience with digital analytics and experimentation platforms. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will collaborate with product, marketing, and technology teams to uncover actionable insights, design experiments, and improve user engagement across web and app platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Insights
- Analyze user behavior and product performance across digital channels.
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and product health.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
Experimentation
- Design, implement, QA, and interpret A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
- Develop repeatable and reusable Experimentation Analytics frameworks using tools such as SQL, R, Python, Google Sheets, and/or Excel.
- Partner with product managers to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
Data Management & Tools
- Query and manipulate data using SQL across multiple sources.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across analytics platforms.
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to translate insights into strategic actions.
- Define tagging and implementation requirements for technology teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in product analytics or digital analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and statistical analysis (hypothesis testing, regression).
- Experience with digital analytics tools such as GA4, Heap, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics.
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms (Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, Google Optimize, Adobe Target).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for complex data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Exposure to cloud-based data warehouses such as Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar for querying and managing large datasets.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Exposure to financial services or mortgage industry is a plus.

Compensation:
Annual compensation for this position is approximately $100,000. Compensation commensurate with experience.
