Position Overview
The Advertising Operations Manager will oversee set up, trafficking, QA, and operational execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms while assisting with campaign measurement and analysis.  Reporting to the VP of Media Analytics, this role ensures that all campaigns run smoothly, meet performance goals, and comply with industry standards and evolving privacy legislation. You will collaborate closely with marketing analytics, media buying, creative, and technology teams to maximize ROI and deliver seamless advertising experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management
 - Set up, monitor, and optimize campaign ad tracking across display, social, search, and programmatic platforms.
 - Ensure accurate trafficking of creative assets, tags, and tracking pixels.
 - Support process development initiatives across Ad Ops, Analytics, Media Buying, etc. as marketing organization continues to evolve.
 - Ad Tech & Platforms
 - Manage ad servers (CM360), DSPs, and other advertising technology tools.
 - Help define and deliver audience segmentation through a variety of platforms such as CDP, LiveRamp, etc.
 - Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad delivery and tracking.
 - Performance & Reporting
 - Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
 - Generate regular reports on KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
 - Compliance & Quality Assurance
 - Ensure campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
 - Conduct QA checks before launch and during campaign flight.
 - Stay on top of industry trends around advances in AI, cookie-less identity measurement, conversion API’s, and clean rooms.
 - Collaboration
 - Work with media and analytics teams to validate data accuracy and attribution.
 - Partner with creative and media teams to align on timelines and deliverables.
 - Define tagging and implementation requirements for technology team
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
 - 3 - 10 years of experience in digital advertising operations or ad trafficking.
 - Proficiency with Google Campaign Manager (CM360) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
 - Strong understanding of both digital direct and programmatic advertising, tagging, and tracking.
 - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
 
Preferred Skills
- Experience with analytic and database tools such as Power BI, SQL, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, and Snowflake
 - Experience with financial services or mortgage industry advertising.
 - Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
 - Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
 - Strong working knowledge of GA4 is a plus.

Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. ** 
Compensation: 
Annual compensation for this position is approximately $100,000. Compensation commensurate with experience.
