Description
- Ensures information ACA furnishes to Credit Reporting Agencies is
- Accurate:
- Identifies appropriately the consumer(s) to whom the information relates;
- Reflects the terms of, and liability for, the consumer’s account(s); and
- Reflects the consumer’s performance and other conduct with respect to the account(s)
- Information with integrity that is:
- Substantiated by ACA’s records at the time the information is furnished; and
- Furnished in a form and manner designed to minimize the likelihood that the information may be incorrectly reflected in a consumer report
- Accurate:
- Oversee and lead the work of their associates
- Investigates & Responds to Credit Disputes through E-Oscar and other channels in a timely and accurate manor
- Other tasks as assigned
- 1+ years of experience as a supervisor in the auto finance or equivalent consumer finance industry
- 1+ years of experience in people management
- A thorough understanding of consumer credit report information
- A thorough understanding of the auto loan lifecycle
- The ability to navigate ACA’s Loan Originating, Servicing System and Source documents to research inquiries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous Sub Prime market experience preferred
- Detail oriented
- Ability to maintain composure and multitask in a fast paced environment
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, Windows, SQL, Power Point and the Internet
- Must be a self-motivator while actively participating in a team environment

Salary Pay Range:
The Company has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. The full-time salary range for this position is anticipated to be $50,000.00 - $55,000.00. This salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within the location(s) listed above. At the time of this posting, this range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, education, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making a salary offer may include a candidate's skills, experience and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work.
Incentive Compensation:
This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic performance incentive plan. Employees are eligible for pay incentives as detailed by the specific line of business incentive plan provisions. Formulaic plans may be comprised of monthly, quarterly and/or annual incentive opportunities. Incentives are earned based on the employee’s performance against defined metrics.
