Learning Support Coordinator

Description

The Learning Support Coordinator provides wide-ranging technical and operational support to ACA’s IT Learning team. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with and the ability to comfortably juggle changing and competing priorities will be a key success factor. As a member of the IT Learning team, this role primarily supports training operations and delivery.
 
Essential Functions:
  • Coordinate training logistics and scheduling of training sessions/meetings  
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, adjusting as needed to meet business needs  
  • Prepare training materials and training rooms for instructor-led sessions  
  • Maintain training calendar and records  
  • Communicate training schedules to associates and track attendance  
  • Coordinate logistics for training activities, including venues and equipment  
  • Support relationships with external training suppliers
  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment  
  • Provide in-session support for forums, roundtables, and other training sessions
  • Perform other duties as assigned 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred / High school diploma or GED required 
  • At least 1+ year of experience related to the essential functions specified  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently  
  • High level of professionalism based on integrity and humility  
  • High level of interpersonal skills that develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with a diverse population, and maintain them over time  
  • Excellent customer service skills 
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday.  The daily schedule may vary from 8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm.  Hours may vary or exceed 40 in any given week depending on the needs of the business.
Travel
Up to 10% travel may be required for this position.
