Executive Assistant to the CEO

American Credit Acceptance is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to the CEO to help maximize the CEO’s time, effectiveness, and impact.

This highly visible role serves as the primary administrative partner to the CEO and is ideal for someone who anticipates needs, manages competing priorities with confidence, and handles sensitive information with discretion.

What You Will Do

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

• Prepare and edit presentations, communications, and meeting materials

• Coordinate meetings and ensure the CEO has the information and resources needed to be prepared

• Help plan and, when needed, lead company events, meetings, and special functions involving the CEO

• Support personal assistant needs, including reservations, errands, and personal travel

• Welcome and assist guests, clients, and other visitors to the executive office

• Identify opportunities to streamline and organize the CEO’s schedule and priorities

• Be a leader within the administrative team

• Assist other members of the executive team as time permits

• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

What We Are Looking For

• Preferably, 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant

• Positive, energetic, proactive, and assertive

• Exceptional organizational and planning skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• High level of professionalism and partnership

• Flexibility in a fast paced and changing environment

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Position Details

This is a full-time position with a typical Monday through Friday schedule, with flexibility as needed. The role may require up to 10% travel.
