What You'll Do:
  • Partner with IT leaders to design and deliver effective onboarding programs for software engineers, infrastructure specialists, and technical team members.
  • Build and maintain a structured IT-specific training curriculum that supports both new hire onboarding and continued education.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to highlight how various departments impact IT strategy and performance.
  • Develop and manage a dynamic training calendar that includes technical workshops, systems overviews, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Deliver engaging, well-organized training sessions tailored to technical audiences.
  • Continuously assess training effectiveness using surveys, feedback, and performance data—then iterate to improve.
  • Maintain clear documentation, training records, and resources to support scale and consistency.
  • Champion a culture of learning and development across the IT organization.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience developing or delivering training programs in a technical environment (software engineering, IT operations, or similar).
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills—especially with technical content.
  • Proven ability to engage and train technical learners (developers, sysadmins, etc.) with clarity and relevance.
  • Familiarity with technical team structures, agile development, or ITIL concepts is a plus.
  • High emotional intelligence, collaboration skills, and professional humility.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word; experience with LMS or digital learning tools is a plus.

This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. 
 
Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday - Friday with some schedule variations as needed. 
 
Travel
Up to 20% travel may be needed in this role.
