Corporate Recruiter (Sourcing-Focused)

At American Credit Acceptance, we’re looking for a sourcing expert who can hit the ground running. As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to accelerate searches for high-priority, hard-to-fill roles. This role is designed for someone who thrives on research, outreach, and strategic engagement—and who can quickly step into active requisitions to deliver results.
Your primary focus will be sourcing and screening top talent, but your full-cycle recruiting experience will allow you to manage select roles when needed. You’ll leverage advanced sourcing tools, market insights, and creative strategies to identify diverse talent pools and strengthen ACA’s hiring success.
 
What You’ll Do
  • Jump into active searches to source and engage qualified candidates for technical, analytical, and leadership roles.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business priorities.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that prioritize diversity and hard-to-find skill sets.
  • Conduct outreach, screen candidates for fit, and present qualified talent to recruiters.
  • Research industries, competitors, and talent trends to uncover new pipelines.
  • Track sourcing metrics, share insights, and continuously refine strategies.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Occasionally manage full-cycle recruiting for select roles to support team priorities.
 
What We’re Looking For
 7+ years of recruiting experience, with deep sourcing expertise
️ Proven success sourcing for niche, executive, or high-demand roles
️ Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing platforms
️ Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to pivot quickly
️ Excellent written and verbal communication for impactful outreach
️ Collaborative and proactive, with the ability to build strong partnerships across teams
️ Full-cycle recruiting experience (ability to step in when needed)
️ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
