Fall 2025/26 Mailroom Student Worker
Description
Mailroom Student Workers are responsible for both incoming and outgoing mail for the campus. Mailroom Student Workers are also responsible for coordinating AMDA's Lost & Found. Mailroom Student Workers interact with all members of the AMDA community and help keep our campus running smoothly.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Sort and log mail
- Notify students, staff, and faculty of delivered mail and packages
- Assure that the Mail Room area is clear and orderly
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook
- Exceptional organization abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Punctuality and Reliability
