  • Lead a team designing world class levels for top game franchises
  • Oversee the team's process for creating levels that engage and challenge players
  • Work closely with our partners to align your team's work to the product vision
  • Use iteration, internal play tests, metrics and feedback to refine your team's work
  • Guide your team to implement creative ideas for new levels and create exciting "wow moments" for our players
  • Lead your team's learning and development, encouraging them to actively play casual puzzle games to hone their craft


  • 3+ years of experience as a casual game level designer, or equivalent background
  • Professional experience as a team lead with excellent management soft skills
  • Expert understanding of free-to-play and puzzle design fundamentals
  • Exceptional instincts for game design with the ability to create fun game play
  • Proficient English with outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Collaborative spirit and love of teamwork
