Position at Association Member Benefits Advisors

What can you expect?

· In this role, you be responsible for accurately indexing customer applications, changes, and correspondence for our association and professional liability customers to various underwriting teams

· You will access carrier systems to provide credentialing and loss run requests and prepare appropriate client communication materials based on the findings

· Meeting quality and productions key performance indicators is an expectation of this position

· You will have a hybrid role of working at home and in office as this role has duties that require in-office support

· You will be expected to develop a strong understanding of benefit products we support, systems and processes

What you need to have:

· High school diploma

· Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet production requirements and prioritize effectively

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers

· Detail oriented to ensure accuracy

· Computer skills and the ability to navigate through multiple systems without assistance

· Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel knowledge
