Lead. Coach. Make an impact.

We’re looking for a Field Market Leader — a sales manager role — to help us expand our reach and deepen our impact in your territory. In this position, you’ll be responsible for leading, supporting, and growing a team of licensed insurance agents who serve association members with essential protection and financial solutions.

Our agents specialize in Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans as well as ancillary products (including dental, vision, and hospital indemnity), life insurance, and fixed index annuities. You’ll coach them to succeed, ensure compliance, and help drive market growth by reaching more members in need of our services.

What you’ll do

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of insurance agents
  • Build and execute growth strategies to reach new members and achieve sales goals
  • Support new agents through onboarding and training
  • Foster a collaborative, mission-driven team culture
  • Represent AMBA at association meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years of Medicare sales experience, with strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and related life and health products
  • Valid Life & Health insurance license (required)
  • Proven ability to recruit, coach, and lead high-performing sales teams
  • Passion for mentoring others and creating an environment where agents thrive
  • Excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset
  • Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel within your assigned territory
