WHAT WILL YOU DO
This individual maintains and supports all outreach related software products in use at the Alverno Central Laboratory. This individual is responsible for implementation, validation, support & maintenance activities of all outreach internal and client related software system, including interfaces between the outreach software and the Laboratory Information System (LIS) and physician/client information systems. In addition, this individual will become knowledgeable in basic use and support of the LIS and provide rotating after hours and weekend emergency support for the LIS. Travel to remote facilities and/or client sites is required. This individual shall maintain a healing environment for employees and patients with a spirit of caring and concern as incorporated in the philosophy of our Catholic healthcare systems while performing all job functions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Associate degree in medical / clinical sciences or information systems is required.
Two years information services experience with working knowledge of PC setup and networking strongly preferred.
Laboratory experience preferred.
