WHAT WILL YOU DO
Responsible to the Materials Management Director, this position will assume a Supervisor role related to the day to day operations of the Distribution, Receiving, and Warehousing of supplies. This position serves as data gathering for the accurate control and implementation of Laboratory and Client inventory for all supply locations. This position is responsible for ensuring that accurate and timely decisions are reached for inventory turns and adjusted minimums and maximums via reporting to the Materials Management Director. This position will work closely with the central laboratory operational leaders to determine the optimal amount of inventory to be maintained at the central laboratory. This position will also be available to make supply chain recommendations to all Alverno locations. This position will also provide recommendations and execute department process improvement. This position also performs all the functions necessary for the data entry and maintenance of the on-line inventory system. As needed this position will evaluate personnel needs and make adjustments to the duties of the storeroom personnel to effectively move supplies from point of entry to final destination.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Associate degree or higher in Organizational and/or Business Management is required.
Three (3) or more years of Microsoft office utilizing Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
Three (3) or more years of experience with automated inventory supply systems, inventory processes concepts and inventory reports is required.
