Launch Quality Engineer
Description
Activities, prepare the process quality readiness of the project (observing the CSRs) including:
-Process risk assessment and prevention (defects avoidance and detection), FMEA participation, Control Plan preparation.-Measurement system robustness set up and validation, coordinate gages measurement, execute gages R&R, document gages use instructions and train the operators.
-Set up of Quality standards in the manufacturing process for: 1st Part Off, In Line Inspections, Poka Yokes, Final Inspection, EPC, Management of Non Conformance Product, Reworks, Product Audits.
-Coordinate the set up and execute the validation of the process controls for Safety and Regulatory -Characteristics before the S&R audit.
-Set internal boundary samples for all processes.
-Validate process and product improvements, including the coordination of tests.
-Organize, run and evaluate capability tests.
-Ensure the Process and Product conformance in the launch phase of the program.
-Through QRCI launch any PDCA or Convergence plan needed, when deviations or non conformances are found, lead any quality task derived from these.
Support on any Customer interface for Quality matters in development for the assigned projects.
