Description
The main activities by ALTEN Technical team, regarding the “Electrification Project” should be the following:
- Management and monitoring of the installation of charging infrastructure and chargers at distributors.
- Management and monitoring of the installation of charging infrastructure and chargers for customers.
- Management and monitoring with suppliers for the installation of public chargers.
- Understanding of opportunities and specialist in the topic of automotive electrification.
- Continuous communication with suppliers and business area.
- Design and implementation of point-of-sale material.
- Training and coaching to the distributor network
- Attention to the distributor network.
- Support for the areas on electrification.
