Position Summary: Altamira is seeking qualified candidates to fill multiple Journeyman-level, Geolocation Operator/Signals Analyst positions located in Augusta, GA. The Journeyman Geolocation Operator/Signals Analyst will possess both certifications in specialized, technical capabilities for geolocation operations and signals discovery and analysis to provide direct mission support and mentorship for a 24/7, 365-day workforce. Contingent upon contract award.
Position Description: The Journeyman-level, Geolocation Operator/Signals Analyst will engage in direct, on-site, real-time operations utilizing certified skills and knowledge in passive geolocation methodologies and signals analysis for real-world SIGINT missions. This position will also be responsible for the mentoring and proficiency development of less experienced operators on shift and contributing to the tradecraft improvement of training resources. This position may require the assignment to work rotating shifts.
Required Qualifications: The Journeyman-level, Geolocation Operator/Signals Analyst will possess the following capabilities:
- Current certifications in basic operations and passive geolocation methods and technologies
- Completion of either the Intermediate (451) or Advanced (452) Signals Analysis Course
- Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/Polygraph
Desired Qualifications:
- Current or previous experience carrying out advanced geolocation operations within a multi-technology
- Knowledge and experience in the extraction, analysis, and identification of electromagnetic emissions
- Ability and willingness to obtain increasingly complex geolocation and signals analysis competencies
