Altamira Technologies is seeking and Senior Scrum Master to join our world-class engineering team in Denver CO. In this role, you will join a small, highly-focus team working to develop and maintain signal-processing applications for use in a real-time operational environment. The team members are multi-disciplined and contribute across all phases of systems engineering, software development, integration and test, and metrics. We are looking for people who are excited to learn the new skills to solve tomorrow's problems.

Responsibilities
  • Act as Scrum Master for the development team.
  • Have a direct impact on critical operational capability. 
  • Gain experience with the full software lifecycle including design, development, test, delivery, and maintenance.
  • Modernize Cloud development practices and utilize Agile processes.
Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Experience with cloud-based SW architecture and technologies.
  • Experience with DevSecOps tools and practices.
  • Experience with Atlassian toolset.
  • Familiar with Containerization and Kubernetes Orchestration.
  • Familiar with GO, Python.
Desired Skills:
  • Familiar with Gitlab pipeline preferred.
  • SIGINT or signal processing experience.
  • Understanding of Software Engineering processes and best practices.
  • Experience with Agile development methods.
Education & Experience Requirements:  
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of relevant software development experience.
  • Experience with all aspects of software design, implementation, testing is required.
  • Five (5) or more years of practical experience with multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, C++ is required - preferably experience implementing digital signal processing and/or algorithms

In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for these positions is $95,000 to $160,000.  However, Altamira Technologies Corporation considers multiple variables when determining compensation, including but not limited to, the level of responsibilities, prior work experience, education/certifications, customer contractual specifications, and any clearance requirements.
