Description
Vermeer All Roads in Annapolis Junction, MD is searching for a detail oriented and dependable Warranty Administrator. This role is responsible for coordinating all warranty claims for the different branch facilities. This role helps manage the center of communications between our customers and the manufactures and must provide first-class service.

Responsibilities:
- Validate warranty coverage and initiate warranty claim into appropriate system and manufacture.
- Ensure all necessary information, photos, documentation, and return parts are properly maintained.
- Administer the factory warranty claims for each of the lines of products and engine manufactures.
- Communicate any issues to the Service Manager
- Print, proof and mail thank you letters and warranty expiration letters.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Full time Monday through Friday.
