Bring your commercial truck sales/management experience and go-getter attitude to All Roads Trucks in Baltimore. As our Isuzu Sales Manager, you’ll lead fleet and commercial client relationships, close deals, and own new-truck inventory operations to optimize stocking levels and drive growth.

Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
- Identify and qualify fleet/commercial clients via phone and on-site visits; build and grow long-term relationships
- Manage full sales cycle: discovery, proposals, negotiation, and close; resolve inquiries professionally
- Stay current on industry trends, specs, incentives, and technical advancements; apply insights to win business
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales documentation; collaborate with leadership on growth strategies
- Coordinate upfits for high-volume medium/heavy-duty trucks; review and confirm specifications
- Enter and track orders accurately in OEM truck ordering systems (Isuzu experience a plus)
- Develop and execute effective inventory strategy with the sales management team
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven commercial truck sales and/or sales management experience (Isuzu or similar OEM strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated inventory management background (stocking levels, turns, aging, and order planning)
- Experience coordinating upfits and working with body/upfit vendors
- Proficient with CRM and basic office tools; strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license; ability to make local client/site visits
- High school diploma or GED required; advanced training or OEM certifications a plus
