Lead Parts Counter-Vermeer

Bring your parts knowledge and customer focused personality to a fantastic opportunity at Vermeer All Roads as a Parts Lead in Annapolis Junction, MD. We are looking for strong organizational skills and solid parts experience to assist the Parts Manager. This role is responsible for assisting the manager with creating customer relationships helping to meet sales and profit objectives and addressing concerns of customers. Heavy equipment parts experience is preferred! Base salary of $45k plus monthly commission.

Responsibilities:
- Effectively and efficiently assist customers with choosing their parts.
- Continually observe and mentor the parts counter persons to enforce good habits, and to ensure "Exceptional Customer Service" at all times
- Properly document the parts inventory
- Handles larger procurement of additional parts when needed
- All other duties as assigned.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional shop environment. This role uses standard office and heavy equipment machinery.
