Take your mechanical skills on the road. Norris/Hydralift is hiring a Light Duty Road Technician to diagnose and repair light-duty vehicles and hydraulic equipment at customer sites. If you excel at problem-solving, work independently, and take pride in quality service, this role is for you.
Compensation & Schedule
- $25–$40/hour (based on experience)
- Full-time, benefits-eligible
- Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays (hours may vary)

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hydraulic systems/components in the field
- Perform electrical diagnostics and repairs (experience preferred)
- Prepare accurate repair estimates; maintain detailed service records
- Apply current industry/technical updates to daily tasks
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized mobile work environment
- Assist with additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- 5+ years hands-on hydraulic experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and customer-facing professionalism
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
