All Roads is searching for a Bilingual High School/Trade School Recruiter who wants to make an immediate impact! This position will be on-site in our Dundalk, MD headquarters with some travel along the east coast to schools and our locations. Use your Spanish/English communication skills to promote internship/apprenticeship programs and continue developing relationships within high schools/trade schools. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive outreach activities including classroom visits, career fairs, seminars, and educational meetings to discuss internship and apprenticeship programs.
- Provide regular visits to high schools and trade schools within our territory.
- Assist marketing in preparing outreach materials like flyers, pamphlets, applications...
- Increase awareness of programs through educational seminars to prospective students, parents and educators.
- Build internal and external collaborative partnerships with local communities.
- Explain and guide prospective students through the enrollment process and future career benefits.
- Follow up with prospective students or others who express interest in the programs.
- Maintain an outreach and recruiting tracking system to determine enrollment effectiveness.
- Prepare monthly reports to analyze student enrollment.
- Other duties as needed.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
