Responsibilities:
- Assist shop technicians by retrieving and ordering parts for existing work orders
- Operate the forklift as needed
- Assisting customers in selecting required parts
- Provider price quotes, receive payments, and obtain credit authorizations
- Answer incoming calls and schedule service for the customers
- Document repair and service orders in the correct fashion
- Box UPS for shipments to customers
- All other duties as assigned

The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Ability to lift, carry, and otherwise transport work-related materials that frequently weigh up to 50 lbs. and that may occasionally weigh in excess of 80 lbs.
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Heavy Equipment experience is preferred
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
