Rare opportunity at Vermeer All Roads in Ashland, VA for a detail oriented and dependable Warranty Administrator. This role is responsible for coordinating all warranty claims for the different branch facilities. This role helps manage the center of communications between our customers and the manufacture and must provide first-class service to both internal and external customers.

Schedule & Compensation: Salary $50,000 with full time hours Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Validate warranty coverage and initiate claims accurately into the system. Ensure all necessary information, photos, documentation, and return pars are properly maintained
  • Administer the factory warranty claims for each lines of products and engine manufactures.
  • Coordinate communications and standard procedures to the service departments within the dealerships.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel)
  • Previous experience with warranties
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work effectively
