All Roads Company in Dundalk, MD is searching for a self-motivated, friendly professional to be a Collections/Accounts Receivable Specialist for our equipment division.  You will be responsible for daily collection efforts and the ability to make a positive impact by resolving discrepancies and past due balances. The ideal candidate will have previous experience speaking to customers (B2B)about outstanding accounts and proven success with resolution. Experience with Excel is a must! This is a full time, benefits eligible opportunity. Bilingual Spanish is a plus!

Responsibilities  
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal staff to resolve disputes and follow through to satisfactory resolution that results in payment of invoices.
  • Contact customers by telephone, email, fax or mail to determine reasons for overdue payments and review collection policies.
  • Review and answer emails sent to the accounts receivable email box
  • Provide thorough and accurate account updates as information is gathered
  • Monitor receivables and collections and generate reports for management
Qualifications  
  • 3+ years of Collections experience preferred.
  • High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient computer skills including Word and Excel, CDK a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
