Vermeer All Roads is growing in Findlay and hiring an Experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic. Compensation & Schedule
- $25–$35/hour (based on experience)
- Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates
- Full-time, shop-based role
- Shop hours: Mon–Fri, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment as directed by the Service Manager
- Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulic, electrical, and hydrostatic systems
- Perform welding/fabrication as needed
- Recommend and document repairs; prepare accurate cost estimates
- Maintain detailed and accurate service records
- Communicate with the factory/OEM for technical support
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Hands-on experience with hydraulics, electrical troubleshooting, and hydrostatic systems
- Welding experience preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel locally for field service calls as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Vermeer All Roads does not provide H-1B sponsorship)
