All Roads Company is searching for motivated Sales Consultants to join our growing team at Acura of Laurel. Our ideal candidates are enthusiastic, detail oriented and have a passion for customer satisfaction. This is a full time benefits eligible opportunity. Prior automotive sales a plus! Must have a valid driver's license, be 21 years old and insurable by our carrier. This is a strong commission-based opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Customer focused-determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
- Take customers on a test drive and demonstrate automotive features (must have a valid driver’s license)
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales!
- Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other functions including running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork
- Effectively utilize customer relationship management (CRM) to track customer interactions and follow up efforts
- Prepare sold vehicles for customers prior to customer arrival
- Perform the delivery presentation- ensuring the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork
