Compensation & Schedule
• $50,000–$100,000+ per year (commission-based, uncapped)

Responsibilities
• Greet customers, identify needs, and present vehicle options and packages
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features (valid driver’s license required)
• Follow up with prospects and customers; manage leads through CRM
• Prepare quotes, run credit applications, and complete deal paperwork
• Deliver sold vehicles and review features, warranty details, and final documents

• High energy with strong communication and customer-service skills
• 21+, valid driver’s license, and insurable by our carrier
• Prior automotive sales experience preferred (not required)
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
