Are you a top-notch sales professional looking for your next challenge? Kenworth of South Florida in Riviera Beach is hiring an Outside Sales/Parts Representative to join our team. If you’re charismatic, confident, and driven to succeed, this is your opportunity to build relationships and drive new business. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing a designated territory and selling Kenworth parts to fleets, repair facilities, municipalities, and more.
Compensation & Schedule
- Competitive base salary plus commission
- Earning potential: $100,000+ annually
- Full-time role with frequent local travel (approx. 80%)

Responsibilities
- Generate parts sales within assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with fleets, municipalities, and repair facilities
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads and opportunities
- Provide outstanding customer service before and after the sale
- Effectively manage time, accounts, and travel to maximize results
- Continuously learn product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements
- Previous truck parts or related sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and time management skills
- Must have a clean driving record and be insurable under company policy
- Valid driver’s license required
