We are searching for a reliable, detail oriented Shipping & Receiving Parts Clerk to join our fast-paced environment at Kenworth in Mardela Springs, MD. This role is primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation within the parts department. Prior parts experience is a plus. This is a full time, benefits eligible opportunity with Monday 8 am - Friday 5 pm.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide accurate details on all incoming and outgoing part orders
2. Basic computer skills including ability to learn in-house system
3. Verify orders, stock, load/unload parts, add new part numbers...
4. Take directive from manager on all cycle counts of inventory and record keeping
5. Operate a forklift to load/unload trucks.
6. Other duties as assigned

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.  Must be able to lift packages up to 100 lbs.

Required Education and Experience

1. High School Diploma or GED required
2. Must have excellent customer service skills
3. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
4. Computer literate
