All Roads Kenworth in Fort Lauderdale, FL is hiring a Parts Truck Manager to lead daily parts operations, support department growth, and ensure exceptional customer service. In this role, you will oversee inventory, coordinate deliveries, support the counter team, and maintain efficient, accurate parts processes. This is a full-time leadership position offering competitive pay, commission opportunities, and strong career development.
Compensation & Schedule
• Salary: $55,000–$65,000 base plus commission (based on experience)
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays

Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage daily Parts Department operations
• Monitor departmental performance and implement process improvements
• Develop, mentor, and support Parts Counter team members
• Maintain and accurately document parts inventory
• Coordinate major procurement needs and communicate with vendors
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure all parts operations meet high standards of accuracy and service
• Assist internal teams with parts information, ordering, and availability
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous shop or parts management experience
• Prior mechanic/technician experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• High School Diploma or GED required
