Are you a parts guru who loves researching and problem-solving? Vermeer All Roads is excited to announce our brand-new location in Chichester, NH, and we’re looking for an experienced Parts Counter Representative to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy-duty and/or heavy equipment parts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and selling parts to both internal and external customers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service.
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible opportunity with salary plus commission, and compensation starting at $45k.

  1. Assisting customers in selecting required parts
  2. Up-selling specials as well as informing customers of companion part requirements
  3. Providing price quotes, receiving payments, and obtaining credit authorizations
  4. Following up with customers regarding back-ordered parts
  5. Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully    apply them in daily activities
  6. Assist shop technicians by retrieving and ordering parts for existing work orders
  7. Coordinate any procurement of necessary parts in conjunction with the assistant parts manager
  8. Forklift operation
  9. All other duties as assigned

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Ability to lift, carry, and otherwise transport work-related materials that frequently weigh up to 50 lbs. and that may occasionally weigh in excess of 80 lbs.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Monday - Friday schedule.
