All Roads Company, with 1000 employees across 50 locations in 11 states is searching for an onsite HR Generalist to expand our team in Dundalk, MD! In this fast-paced environment, you will carry out responsibilities in benefits administration, HRIS system maintenance, performance management, policy implementation, and family medical leave administration. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree, 5+ years prior experience, strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) and a PHR or SHRM-CP.

Responsibilities:  
  • Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations at the direction of the HR Director. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper withholdings. 
  • Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database. Experience in UKG helpful. 
  • Experience with HRIS systems including development and deployment of new platform programs and functions.
  • Monthly benefit invoice reconciliation. 
  • Performs positive and timely customer service functions by answering employee requests, questions and proactively finding solutions.  
  • Administers family medical leave. 
  • Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed. 
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations. 
  • Other duties as needed. 
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work  
This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Flexible start time within regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
