Great opportunity available for a Cashier at Norris Honda in Dundalk, MD. We are searching for a friendly, detail oriented professional who will be responsible for accepting and processing payments for service and parts customers. This role will play a key role in maintaining or creating customer satisfaction for the business transaction. Also responsible for CDK administration and warranty maintenance. Hours are Tuesday -Friday 10 am - 7 pm, Saturday 9 am - 6 pm. This is a full time benefits eligible opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet dealership guests, both internally and externally using the dealership approved greetings
  • Perform basic math functions to collect payments and make change
  • Accurately enter credit card information into dealership system
  • Utilize basic computer skills, using Word, CDK, Email...
  • Assist service department by making phone calls to customers
  • Operate registers, scanners, and credit card/debit card terminals
  • Assist in warranty maintenance
  • Maintain accurate cash drawer
  • Exercise an appropriate level of courtesy, tact, and professional communications in dealing with customers and team members
  • All other duties as assigned
