Vermeer All Roads in Dundalk is searching for an experienced, detail oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing team. This is a full time, benefits eligible opening with a competitive hourly rate.

  1. Full cycle A/P including...PO matching, vouchering, reconciling to vendor statements, and disbursements
  2. Research and resolve any discrepancies
  3. Manage fixed payments 
  4. Process, print and mail checks to vendors
  5. Ability to handle up to 500 invoices per week
  6. Vendor maintenance, reconcile monthly invoices
  7. Maintain files and documentation accurately and in accordance with GAAP
Other Qualifications:  
  • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment
  • Takes initiative/ recommend actions to resolve discrepancies
  • Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction
