Sales Manager-Ford
Description
We are seeking a customer focused Sales Manager with a proven record of success to join a fantastic Norris Ford team. Ideal candidate is a motivated leader with excellent communication skills who is described as a multi-tasker. This role oversees the new car sales team and inventory, and ensures the dealership meets its unit sales quotas and gross objectives on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis. MUST have previous dealership management experience and proven internet metrics. Base salary $50,000 plus commission with an all in up to $150,000.

Responsibilities:
- Effectively desk deals and perform customer TO's to close sales (CDK a plus)
- Train, mentor and manage sales team to ensure success
- Support manufacturer programs for maximum profitability for the dealership
- Recommend procedures for short-and long-range advertising, sales promotions, staffing needs, customer complaints, and sales representatives evaluations
- Meet with each salesperson daily to review the prior days’ results and current plan of action
- Conduct group sales meetings
- Require that standards are maintained for displaying, merchandising, and maintaining vehicles
- All other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver’s License
- 5+ years of automotive sales experience
- 2+ years of management experience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
