Are you a parts guru who loves solving problems and helping customers find exactly what they need? Vermeer All Roads in Seymour, CT is hiring a Parts Stocker/Counter Associate to join our growing team! The ideal candidate has experience with heavy-duty and/or heavy equipment parts and enjoys supporting both internal and external customers. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role with base pay plus commission. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
Compensation
• Base + commission (total earnings $45,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience and performance)

Responsibilities
• Assist customers in selecting required parts and provide accurate price quotes
• Upsell specials and inform customers of companion parts or promotions
• Process payments, obtain credit authorizations, and manage back-ordered items
• Support shop technicians by retrieving and ordering parts for existing work orders
• Coordinate parts procurement with the Assistant Parts Manager
• Operate a forklift and maintain organized parts storage areas
• Stay current on industry trends and apply technical knowledge daily
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Must be able to lift, carry, and transport materials up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 80 lbs.
