Job Title - Customer Success Associate

The Opportunity: 
AliveCor is the most clinically validated personal ECG technology, trusted and recommended by leading cardiology practices in the United States and around the world. We value research, working in collaboration with hospitals and research groups, and supporting internal research in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
We are looking for a versatile, high-energy Customer Success Associate to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be the voice of our company. You will handle the dual responsibility of providing world-class support to our existing users in India and proactively reaching out to potential leads to drive growth.
The ideal candidate is a master communicator who can pivot from solving a technical issue to pitching our value proposition without missing a beat.
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support (Primary):
    • Manage inbound calls and resolve customer queries with patience and clarity.
    • Respond to support tickets and emails within defined SLAs.
    • Troubleshoot product/service issues and escalate complex cases to the technical team.
  • Inside Sales & Outreach (Secondary):
    • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective leads and existing "warm" customers.
    • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities during support interactions.
    • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and log all interactions in the CRM.
    • Conduct virtual demonstrations & presentations of the portfolio.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: Up to 3 years of experience in Customer Support, Tele-sales, or Business Development.
  • Language Proficiency:
    • Must be fluent in English (written and verbal).
    • Must be fluent in at least one local Indian language based on our primary target market.
  • Communication: Exceptional active listening skills and the ability to explain complex information simply.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce) and Helpdesk software (like Zendesk) is a plus.
  • Mindset: A "customer-first" attitude with a goal-oriented sales drive.
  • Ability to work independently using own judgement to assist customers.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail in documenting customer interactions, platform issues, and enhancement requests.
