The Opportunity     

The Sales Development Representative is a core member of the AliveCor sales team responsible for driving awareness and interest for a large US territory working closely with Sales and Marketing team to grow AliveCor’s business in a variety of settings. This position allows for the SDR to develop a strong base understanding of all the AliveCor products and solutions and provide critical feedback and insights from prospects to assist in positioning enhancements to the portfolio’s value proposition for continued success. 
 
Job Duties and Responsibilities:   
  • Drive awareness, qualified lead generation for funnel and pipeline growth to support sales team in attaining annual AOP
  • Experience using the following Salesforce, SalesCloud, ZoomInfo, LinkedIN, Sales Navigator, Gmail, Calendly, Ring Central, to conduct cold calls, emails and webinars to generate new qualified leads 
  • Establish and build relationships with healthcare professionals (Cardiologists, EPs, Internal/Family/Concierge Medicine, Psychiatrist, Oncologists) RPM/Data aggregation platforms, sports medicine, University Athletic Departments, Med Schools, NP Schools, EMS, Fire Department and others as deemed appropriate
  • Promotes and establishes education of the company’s products and services
  • Manages and responds to customers questions and concerns to cultivate interest to introductory meeting with appropriate SMEs 
  • Handle a high volume of daily out reaches including calls and emails
  • Effectively manage calls, leads and pipeline via Salesforce in collaboration with Sales Operations and Sales team
  • Actively manage outreach daily, pre and post conferences, webinars, LinkedIn and PR campaigns to develop leads that convert to pipeline opportunities interested in purchasing and/or engaging further with sales, clinical or technical SMEs to progress the opportunity to close
  • Assist the sales executives and marketing team in the planning and execution of sales activities as well as providing on-going support including sales calls, data analysis and follow up
  • Develop a thorough understanding and ability to communicate the full value proposition including reimbursement for our products and solutions

Qualifications & Skills:   

  • Bachelor's degree required 
  • Prior experience in Healthcare Business Development/Inside Sales with consistent track record of achieving daily, weekly and monthly outreach goals
  • Medical device experience
  • Proficiency with collaboration applications and software (Google Suite, ZoomInfo, Slack, Box, IronClad, etc.) 
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Sales Force) 
  • Individual Contributor able to work independently, self-motivated, resilient
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Strong verbal and virtual presentation and communication skills 
  • Effective at full opportunity development from cold calling, email campaigns, lead management, contracting, and expanding current clients
  • Superior critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Clinical knowledge/experience (Cardiac specialty preferred)
  • Strong Results Orientation to consistently generate high amount of lead & sales activity that results in consistent goal/plan attainment
