The Opportunity:

This is your chance to make a mark in digital health, with breakthrough solutions for preventing and managing chronic conditions such as heart disease and hypertension. If you have a strong background in planning, managing and executing projects related to marketing campaigns we’d like to talk to you. 

In your role as the Consumer Channel Marketing Manager, you’ll join the team that drives all consumer sales, experience and retention. You’ll be responsible for driving day-to-day marketing activities reaching a variety of target audiences and will work collaboratively with our media, product and retail teams to continually innovate and optimize our consumer marketing program.  The ideal candidate will be an expert project manager with the ability to turn a strategic vision into reality. We’re looking for someone who is very hands on, highly-organized and capable of managing multiple projects at one time. Our company is small. You will not be leading an orchestra, and must be able to play multiple instruments.
Best of all, this position can either be based in our Mountain View HQ, or can be based remotely. We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:  
Campaign/Content Management: 
  • Day-to-day oversight and management of consumer marketing campaigns: including new project briefings, managing priorities and building out production schedules to ensure projects are delivered on message and on time
  • Responsible for seeking internal alignment and approval across all campaign assets among internal stakeholders
  • Partner with media and creative agencies for asset creation, delivery and campaign management, ongoing optimization and performance reporting
  • Oversee and manage development of all retail and digital marketing communications.
  • Manage end to end large scale marketing projects including new packaging, retail displays, and more
  • Partner closely with SVP and Senior Director of Marketing to ensure all communications are consistent with the overall brand and organizational standards
  • Create and manage the campaign calendar

  • Collaborate with sales/retail team to track promotions in all channels
  • Partner with the Web, Email, and Communications teams to a cohesive content strategy
  • Identify all the tasks that need to be completed within a marketing campaign, and strategically work with appropriate team members to complete all tasks
Social Media Management:
  • Manage and monitor consumer social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Create consistent and engaging content across major social media platforms with a strong understanding of standards and usage
  • Deploy social media best practices to drive engagement, sharing and build following
  • Develop a social content calendar for consumer audiences that aligns to brand communications, product launches and topical events
  • Partner with Corporate Communications and PR teams to develop and professional social posts
  • Work closely with our marketing team to ensure the content is on brand and aligns with current campaigns
  • Build influencer strategies and programs at scale to grow user base and reach new audiences
  • Partner with SVP Marketing to ensure our messaging is precise and meticulous
  • Actively plan and post organic social content that drives engagement and ongoing conversations
  • Conduct in-depth social listening across all major channels to better understand the conversation around not only our products and services, but the industry as a whole
  • Use data and analytics to support growth targets
Qualifications & Skills:  
  • 5+ years of experience in a consumer marketing in Healthcare, Consumer Tech, or CPG
  • Extensive project management experience with ability to lead projects beginning to end, seek feedback and consensus among stakeholders and a discipline for being highly organized
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • A proven track record of driving projects to completion
  • A self-starter who knows what’s required to get stuff done
  • Great prioritization skills to arrange tasks in the most efficient manner
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Thorough understanding of all major social media platforms and the ability to stay on top of evolving functionality, trends, and KPIs
  • Success working cross-functionally and influencing teams
  • A passion for AliveCor’s mission to help all people with chronic conditions live better and lead healthier lives
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field

 

The pay range listed for this posting may vary depending on experience and location.
Pay range: $100,000-$115,000
