The Opportunity     

AliveCor is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to accelerate the growth of our industry-leading Kardia devices and subscription services. This role is at the heart of our mission, sitting at the intersection of consumer technology and clinical precision.
 
As a Marketing Manager, you will translate consumer insights into high-impact campaigns across digital and retail channels. You won't just be managing a brand; you’ll be driving the adoption of life-saving technology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners to execute creative strategies that increase brand awareness and household penetration. Job Duties and Responsibilities:   
    • Execute marketing strategies and tactics to increase brand awareness and household penetration for KardiaMobile devices and subscription services
    • Develop a deep understanding of consumer demographics and behavioral drivers through data and research to inform brand positioning
    • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to develop and execute creative assets and copywriting for digital marketing and online retailer pages
    • Manage in-store marketing and merchandising activations to ensure a premium brand presence at the point of sale
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps
    • Synthesize complex learnings into actionable insights to drive marketing innovation and brand-building programs
    • Collaborate with the Sales team to execute go-to-market strategies in an omni-channel environment, specifically within health and wellness retail
    • Support the innovation pipeline and manage updates to product packaging and messaging
    • Track and report on key business KPIs including revenue, market share, and brand health
    • Lead monthly operating processes and contribute to accurate sales and consumption forecasting
    • Manage consumer and retailer marketing budgets efficiently to ensure maximum ROI
    • Analyze and optimize promotional programs to drive volume while maintaining brand value
    • Translate long-term strategic plans into actionable quarterly and annual commercial tactics
    • Align with retail partners to optimize "shopper fit" and ensure brand consistency across various customer touchpoints
    • Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure marketing initiatives are launched on time and within scope
     
    Qualifications & Skills:   
    • 5–7 years of experience in marketing or brand management (Consumer Packaged Goods or Health-Tech preferred)
    • Proven ability to leverage data (e.g., IRI, Nielsen, or internal POS data) to drive decision-making and ROI analysis
    • Experience managing agency partners and leading cross-functional projects from concept to completion
    • Solid understanding of budget management, promotional pricing, and basic financial acumen
    • Exceptional interpersonal and copywriting skills, with the ability to articulate complex medical technology in a consumer-friendly way
    • Self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
    • Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Business, or a related field
