The Opportunity      
We are searching for a Sr Manager, Go-To-Market Solutions to drive our US B2B efforts. This role is responsible for setting the strategic direction for all B2B marketing related to Commercial IDNs and Government entities including but not limited to VA, DoD, police, fire departments, etc. Tactics will include driving awareness, engagement, and sales from individual physicians through large practice groups.  You will be responsible for sales enablement, content development, branding, messaging, use cases, events, product marketing, customer lifecycle management, and more.
This position can either be based in our Mountain View HQ, or can be based remotely in the U.S. We want the best candidate and will not let geography get in our way.
 
Job Duties and Responsibilities:   
  • Cross-functional partnership across AliveCor business lanes to understand and develop business strategy, goals, growth initiatives, and ability to scale these initiatives into meaningful, optimized marketing campaigns and activities
  • Creating and implementing for multi-channel demand generation to identify and nurture qualified leads and grow the sales pipeline from providers to commercial IDNs and government facilities
  • Managing lead generation programs including email marketing, social media, webinars, and more
  • Monitoring and reporting performance of campaigns and providing continuous improvement recommendations
  • Keeping current with industry trends, emerging and competitive technologies, and barriers to entry
  • Support objection handling and competitive technology inquiries
  • Develop customer- and sales- facing product training programs
  • Conducting target account research to gather feedback and build pilot programs
  • Develop comprehensive plans considering patient reach, ROI, etc. to inform business evolution
  • Define go-to-market strategy for federal, state, and local government enterprise product and service launches
  • Partner with head of US sales team to deliver strategic and high-impact messaging and positioning
  • Segment key audiences to identify most effective marketing strategies, managing communications to multiple audiences.  Identify audience-specific channels such as RallyPoint and other non-traditional outreach channels
  • Lead the Enterprise Marketing team to execute physician-facing marketing initiatives spanning all marketing media including: video, email, website, display, print, sales collateral, case studies, press kit, presentations, events and tradeshows
  • Partner with enterprise sales team on ideation and execution of high-impact sales enablement materials to convert leads
  • Partner with head of product on development of enterprise product enhancements and innovations
  • Ensure all communications are consistent with the overall brand and organizational standards.  Establish internal structures such as digital asset managers and others as needed.
  • Develop, update and report on enterprise marketing metrics to senior leadership

 

Qualifications & Skills:    
  • Must Have: 5 - 6 years of B2B marketing leadership experience in Medical Device sales to Healthcare provider and Distributors
  • Team management and mentorship a must
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • A proven track record of driving business growth and successful GTM strategies
  • A self-starter who is willing to learn and collaborate while being an individual contributor to execute on priorities required to get stuff done
  • A creative approach to problem solving, and the ability to problem-solve in real-time
  • Success working cross-functionally and influencing teams
  • A passion for AliveCor’s mission to help all people with chronic conditions live better and healthier lives
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field

Salary: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, AliveCor considers many factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
