The Opportunity
 
We are searching for a Global B2B Marketing Director to lead our Global Enterprise efforts.  This person will be responsible for driving growth through product marketing and strategic B2B partnerships. We're a fast-paced, startup-style environment, so we need a creative and strategic leader who is ready to roll up their sleeves and make a direct impact with limited resources.
 
 
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Cross-functional partnership across AliveCor business lanes to understand and develop business strategy, goals, growth initiatives, and ability to scale these initiatives into meaningful, optimized marketing campaigns and activities
  • Own all downstream product activities of B2B portfolio for Enterprise customers including messaging, collateral development, customer segmentation and outreach, etc.
  • Oversee and support the engagement with clinical societies to drive product awareness and endorsements
  • Conduct broader market and targeted account research to identify and pursue new customer segments
  • Develop and deploy customer- and sales- facing product training programs
  • Support objection handling and competitive technology inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal and external marketing teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of marketing materials
  • Define and refine value propositions, positioning, customer targeting, pricing strategies, and clinical evidence for new products
  • Collaborate with Public Relations team to announce new programs and milestone at the corporate level
  • Create and manage the campaign calendar
  • Partner with the Web, Email, and Communications teams to create cohesive content strategy
  • Develop, update and report on enterprise marketing metrics to senior leadership
  • Keeping current with industry trends emerging and competitive technologies, and barriers to entry

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must Have: 6+ years of B2B marketing experience in Medical Device sales
  • Team management and mentorship a must
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • A proven track record of driving business growth 
  • A self-starter who is willing to learn and collaborate while being an individual contributor to execute on priorities required to get stuff done
  • A creative approach to problem solving, and the ability to problem-solve in real-time
  • Success working cross-functionally and influencing teams
  • A passion for AliveCor’s mission to help all people with chronic conditions live better and healthier lives
  • A Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
