R&D Engineer (delta flow)
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality and performance of the new technology.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, engineering, and operations to gather requirements and refine design specifications.
- Analyze test results and compile detailed reports outlining findings, insights, and recommendations.
- Present findings and technical information to internal stakeholders and potential customers in a clear and compelling manner.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data center infrastructure.
- Contribute to the development of intellectual property through patent disclosures and technical publications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience (2+ years) in R&D, testing, or product development (within the data center industry is preferred but not required).
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure
- Proficiency in test automation tools and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
