DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  
  
  • Work closely with Aligned leadership, sales team, and other key stakeholders as a creative champion of the Company’s narrative, technologies / products, infrastructure, and key differentiators
  • Work closely with key stakeholders within the Sales and leadership team to identify customer / market / competitive trends, challenges, and opportunities, and be able to capitalize on these via a variety of creative solutions that differentiate Aligned from its competitors
  • Develop leading messaging, content / narrative, designs, collateral, presentations, proposals, and animation / visualization, video, spec sheets, quarterly business review content, ABM programs, tour experiences, etc. to support the sales team during strategic “in-deal” pursuits (hyperscale, large enterprise, and federal customers – both new and existing)
  • Ensure all creative materials are consistent with the Aligned Data Centers brand, easily accessible and continuously updated through standardization and QA/QC process
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure they are properly trained on all creative materials / narratives / supporting collateral
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand and optimize the buyer journey, go-to-market / buyer engagement strategies (pre-sales), and Aligned’s “unreasonable hospitality” program (post-sales)
  • Drive consistent processes, standardization, and implementation of marketing, creative, and content processes to ensure high quality and accuracy across a high volume of development and construction efforts
  • Conduct bi-annual competitive and performance metrics analyses to ensure efficacy and timeliness of creative deliverables
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with third-party copywriters, graphic designers, and web developer to ensure the timely and high-quality execution of creative projects.  
  
  
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:   
  • BA or BS in Marketing, Business, International Business or other related major or equivalent professional experience
  • 6-10 years of progressive creative experience with a background in data centers (4+ years preferred)
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of customers in the data center space, including hyperscalers
  • Experience in creating and executing or working with third party providers to execute creative solutions, supporting large scale or large volume deal pursuits
  • Experience in collaborating with leadership, sales teams, and third-party providers to execute creative strategies
  • Experience designing and launching “go-to-market” strategies
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
  • Ability to understand audiences, requirements, real estate and products portfolios, and industry trends - and adapt accordingly
  • Creative and confident thinker with the ability to translate big-picture vision into creative deliverables
  • An appetite to learn and keep advancing their knowledge of the data center industry
  • Willingness to travel (15%)
  • Highly proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro / After Effects, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Pardot, Unbounce, Canva, BIM, CAD, SketchUp, Revit preferred but not required
  • Experience reading and understanding construction design documents and architecture
