To strengthen our marketing team we offer a challenging position in permanent employment at our new EMEA-Headquarter based in Switzerland (Canton of Zug).


Digital Product Manager (m/f/d)



  • Collaborate with Global Product Management and R&D in the development and introduction of new innovations and features of our Digital Services: supporting the definition of the product innovation pipeline for regional requirements
  • Proactivity driving clinical case studies, clinical presentations, publications and dissemination of new clinical research
  • Ensure optimal customer/KOL interaction in the development process
  • Assess/validate impact of new product concepts– including investment needed and expected volume impact
  • Assess post-market performance through product analytics and user feedback; make recommendations for enhancements
  • Keep abreast of the latest market trends and maintain awareness of how this may affect the Invisalign product and broader business
  • Collaborate and work with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain product roadmaps and to initiate the review of new ideas and the pursuit of approved initiatives
  • Assess and make recommendations on emerging technologies that have high potential
  • Train and educate stakeholders on required aspects of the product and product strategy including development of training collateral



  • Bachelor degree or above, preferably in a marketing or business related field
  • Ideally, at least 3 years of proven work experience in Product Management
  • Industry background in the medical device field, preferably with products that are sensitive to active consumer/patient demand
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional groups
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Results oriented with strong time management skills
  • Display a sense of urgency
  • Excellent overall computer skills and proficient in using PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Business fluent in English; knowledge of any additional European languages is an asset
