As an Invisalign Sales Representative supporting our core markets in UK, you will work together with the field sales team to identify, profile and remotely recruit prospective dentists who wish to offer Invisalign products in their practices.

With a competitive base salary and a generous commission scheme, your primary responsibilities will include the use of phone, email and remote presentation software to recruit and on-board prospective Dentists to become Invisalign providers, and to develop low providers and reactivate lapsed Doctors.

We seek an Invisalign Sales Representative:

o A highly-motivated candidate with a positive attitude who consistently displays agility - essential to be a good fit for the team!

o Minimum of 3 years of sales experience is preferred, including inside/telephone sales

o BS or BA preferred and/or equivalent experience.

o Proven track record of on-target or over-achievement.

o Professional level English language skills

o Natural ability to navigate through gatekeepers and identify and influence decision makers

o High level of time management skills and a team player

Essential duties and responsibilities:

o Proactively identify and cold call new prospects and lapsed Doctors in assigned territory

o Provide outgoing calls to push commercial promotions during the year

o Develop low providers case submissions by specific follow-up with the support of the Clinical team from first submission to mature level of Clinical confidence.

o Follow up on leads from field sales team, company events, marketing webinars, website contact forms, etc.

o Recruit Doctors for GP channel clinical education events

o Travel to field (UK) 2-4 times per year for regional sales meetings, company events, etc.

o Learn and maintain a personal level of product knowledge and competence in Dental and/or Orthodontia medical equipment.

o Provide all appropriate documentation and reporting via Sales Force

o Perform other duties as assigned

o Direct report to Inside Sales Manager
