ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Establish training courses and execute across APAC for newly hires, sales teams and sales managers
  • Ensure that newly recruited sales executives are suitably equipped to engage dental professionals in discussions on the use of Invisalign™ in their practice
  • Be responsible for monitoring training effectiveness and making continuous improvements
  • Ensure that all training is of a professional standard and that employees are able to articulate the product value propositions to customers.
  • Operationalize sales strategies and plans into achievable targets
  • Craft and define the Sales effectiveness KPIs, analysis, training to build towards an excellent sales organization
  • Identify, equip and enhance sales and sales management competencies for the sales team
  • Drive and ensure the transfer of skills sets within the sales teams
  • Able to train on CRM systems and mobile app for sales teams to utilize in the field
  • Prepare course materials with speakers’ notes and other documents such as delegate notes, handouts, manuals and exercises necessary to ensure implementation of the taught subject matter
  • Champion use of selling models with selling tools to monitor, track and capture key information
  • Work with the clinical marketing and product marketing teams to ensure appropriate material development to deliver marketing strategy and sales messaging during product launches
  • Review all course evaluation feedback and training effectiveness and course outcomes
  • Take responsibility for the maintenance of any hardware and software used for training purposes and recommending repairs, upgrades or recommendations to management where appropriate.

Others :  

  • Provide CRM-based information to various departments as well as user training and support in the use of CRM system
  • Support in field force-sizing, target setting and territory design & segmentation
  • Provide support to audit processes and quality management system as required

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  •  At least 8 years working experience in sales or business development and in a managerial capacity
  • Sales management and/or training experience in dental and medical device industries is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.  Knowledge of Japanese is an advantage.
  • Possess a proven record of maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction, a strong affinity with the business development process and organization-wide culture
  • Able to partner business and senior sales leadership, IT, and other business personnel at all levels to achieve goals
  • Superior planning, project management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication, strategic thinking, cross-functional business partnering, negotiation and analytical skill
  • Experience with SFE processes and CRM systems preferred
  • Customer focused and result oriented with high level of integrity
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments, with entrepreneurial outlook
  • Excellent presentation skills and leadership
  • Good computing knowledge in MS word, Excel, Powerpoint, CRM, Salesforce.com
