Operations Team Manager
Your mission will be to manage a team of CAD Designers in Iberia, performing Digital Orthodontic Treatments, reporting directly to the Operations Director. You will have to plan and coordinate the team activity to achieve the defined goals, in the pursuit of delivering excellent customer experience.
In this role, you will…
Manage the resources according to the capacity plan, delivering value for our clients.
Coordinate and support with rest of Operation Team Managers, the team performance and improvements.
Lead end-to-end operational process improvements striving for excellence in Customer Experience.
Leadership by example and motivation of the staff, maintenance of individual and group teamwork fostering a positive working environment.
Report daily activity of the team and identify opportunities for improvement to achieve the objectives of production and quality.
Be driving continuous improvement action plans.
Working conjunctly with other departments as Q&A, Engineering… in order to guarantee the final achievement of the company's key initiatives.
In this role, you will need…
BA degree in Business/ Management/ Technology/ Engineering or equivalent.
2-5 years in Operations, Customer Service, Business Process Consultancy or equivalent, leading and motivating teams of employees.
Analytical acumen to investigate and report the team activity.
To have strong judgment and confidence, and an ability to make decisions quickly. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to identify and define complex problems, analyze data, establish facts, to implement action plans.
Professional knowledge and experience in BPM (Business Process Management) projects, simplification of work procedures, process optimization and process digital transformation.
Working knowledge of CI methods as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, will be a plus.
Be able to see beyond the formally defined objectives and challenges by presenting solutions and opportunities.
Have strong verbal and written English and Spanish communication skills.
