Practice Optimization Associate

The Practice Optimization Associate is responsible for the support of the ADAPT team as well as other project efforts. The role will work in close collaboration with the Practice Optimization Consultants to execute customer optimizing programs and help the team to grow.
The role will work in close collaboration with the Director of Customer Optimization and Marketing team to support customer optimizing efforts.
The Practice Optimization Associate is based in Rotkreuz (ZG), Switzerland. The position reports directly to the Director of Customer Optimization.
Support the PO team incoming requests
Monitor distributed tasks
Create specific strategies for easier and effective execution of projects
Supervise project work and ensure that it follows project specification
Keep records of all information related to project for documentation, clarification and presentation to management (alternative: Management of reporting tools and templates)
Draft presentation for internal and external stakeholders
Intermediate between the director and other team members to ensure smooth flow of project execution
Draft project budget on a monthly basis and ensure that it meets all necessary protocols
Other tasks may be assigned
Strong understanding of customer relations and operations
Strong communication (writing, oral, & presentation) and analytical skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, manage multiple projects and have excellent interpersonal skills
Self-starting, hands-on mentality with a pro-active mindset, able to work independently while consulting and involving relevant stakeholders
Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong customer focus, understanding needs and market drivers (it feels more like a Consultant qualification)
A team player - willing to support others and be flexible
Confident and personable
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform the job:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing/business
3+ years of experience with a proven track record of excellent performance
experience in the medical device industry preferred
LANGUAGE SKILLS REQUIRED
Fluency in English mandatory
Fluency in French, Italian, German, Spanish or other relevant European languages highly beneficial
WORK SCHEDULE / HOURS
The position is based in Align Technology’s head office in Rotkreuz (ZG)
Normal work hours and days assigned to this position are Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
